HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary. To enter, electronically register via one of the 'KidZone Software Contest’ web pages, located at either http://www.gzkidzone.com/contest/kidcontest.asp or http://www.gzkidzone.com/contest/parentcontest.asp. Your registration must be completely filled out in order to qualify. Only one entry per day. GameZone's KidZone must receive registration no later than 12:00 midnight (EST) on the last date of the specified contest dates.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

Winners will be selected within 30 days after the expiration date of each contest.  Winners will be chosen at random from submitted, qualified, web entries received by specified deadline date. All entries received outside the given dates will be discarded. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning.

PRIZES

Winners chosen will receive one of the prizes displayed during the particular contest for which the user registers, at GameZone's KidZone's discretion. No substitution of the prize is permitted. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.  In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry. All winners will be notified by e-mail by GameZone's KidZone personnel, with further details regarding their prize. Return of any prize or prize notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event of noncompliance by the winner, an alternative winner may be awarded the prize.

ELIGIBILITY

These contests are open to residents of all countries, of all ages, unless otherwise noted. Employees of GameZone's KidZone and anyone involved with the production of this contest and their families are not eligible. Decisions of GameZone's KidZone are final in all instances. Prizes are non-transferable. If GameZone's KidZone is unable to contact the winner or if the winner fails to claim or accept his/her prize within 10 calendar days of notification, the prize is forfeited and a substitute winner may be chosen. Participants in this promotion agree to be bound by the official rules and decision of GameZone's KidZone. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

GENERAL

The winner accepts responsibility for all federal, state and local taxes and fees in connection with winning this contest. GameZone's KidZone and its agents are released from all liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded herein. Winner agrees to be bound by these rules. At the time of winner notification by GameZone's KidZone, winner will be asked for consent to use their name in the announcement of winners. If consent is given, winner's name will be posted on the GameZone's KidZone site and/or Newsletter. GameZone's KidZone assumes no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system errors and failures, faulty or delayed transmissions, or other telecommunications malfunctions. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries allowed. GameZone's KidZone and/or its Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the online promotion should any unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond the control of GameZone's KidZone and/or its Sponsors affect the administration or proper play or conduct of the promotion. GameZone's KidZone reserves the right to revise procedures mentioned in these rules at any time.
